Description:
Multi-millet chapati mix typically includes a combination of different millet flours, each contributing its unique flavor, texture, and nutritional benefits to the chapatis. Millets are small-seeded grains that are gluten-free and rich in nutrients like protein, dietary fiber, vitamins, and minerals. By blending several types of millet flours, the mix enhances the overall nutritional profile of the chapatis while offering a distinctive taste and texture.
Benefits:
Multi-millet chapati mix provides a diverse array of nutrients including protein, dietary fiber, vitamins (especially B-complex), and minerals (such as calcium, iron, and magnesium). This makes the chapatis nutritious and beneficial for overall health.
Millets are naturally gluten-free, making multi-millet chapatis suitable for individuals with gluten intolerance or celiac disease.
Preparation Method:
In a bowl take Multi Millet Chapathi Mix, a tea spoon Gee and Salt at the time of making firm dough.
Set aside for 10 minutes, Roll the portions of dough in to circle.
Place rolled dough on the hot tava. In few seconds you will notice that small air pockets start to form. At this point flip the rolled dough to the other sideon the tava. After a few seconds turn the flame to high, using tongs take the rolled Millet pulka off the tava and place it directly on the flame. It should balloon into spherical shape and puff up. Remove the Millet Phulka from heat, place it on a flat plate and optionally spread little gee on the side facing up. Serve it hot.
